  • Can you provide the corresponding certificates in accordance with clients' requirements?

    Yes. We can provide the following certificates (including but not limited to):

  • Do you offer sample services for your products?

    Yes, we provide free sample services for all our food additives and ingredients. However, the buyer shall be responsible for the shipping costs.

  • Can you provide customized formulation development services?

    Yes, we fully support customized formulation development based on your specific technical requirements.

  • Do you assist clients with R&D, and is there any extra charge for this service?

    Yes, we offer professional customized R&D services for our clients. A reasonable extra charge applies to this service, which is determined based on the project complexity, technical specifications, and the time required for R&D. If the subsequent formal order quantity reaches the mutually agreed threshold, we will fully refund the R&D fee.

  • Which payment methods do you accept?

    Normally, we accept the following payment methods: advance payment, cash in advance, and partial advance payment. However, the payment terms may be subject to negotiation under certain circumstances or upon mutual consultation between the two parties.
